A from-scratch rebuild of a 32-second kinetic-type launch spot for a finance platform run by AI agents. The reference was cut into 17 sequences (scene detection + contact-sheet review); each was rebuilt in React with measured Inter/Geist Mono type, a hand-built pixel font, SVG marker strokes, and one shared WebGL2 shader for the fiery gradient field, pixel mosaics and grain. Codex tuned each sequence against an image-diff score (SSIM + PSNR + density vs the reference key frame): mean 0.88 → 0.93. Fictional brand “Ledgerline”; no original footage, audio or trademarks; partner tiles use invented names.
