A from-scratch rebuild of a 53-second launch film for an AI creative platform. The reference was cut into 22 sequences (scene detection + review); each was rebuilt in React with measured Geist type (sizes, tracking, gaps), and one shared WebGL2 shader for glows, pastel product backdrops and grain. Codex tuned every sequence against an image-diff score (SSIM + PSNR + density vs the reference key frame): mean 0.815 → 0.881. Fictional brand “orra”; no original footage, photos, audio or trademarks; people and products are abstract stand-ins.
